MyBackup Download Instructions
- Go to “Games and Applications” (or Cricket Clicks) on your handset
Locate the Data Backup icon
Click on the icon

Once the application is downloaded and set up, MyBackup will automatically back up your contact information on a weekly basis. You may customize your Auto-Backup setting from the setup menu on the phone. To learn more, click here.
Restoring / transferring your content:
Transferring your contacts to your replacement phone is fast, simple and wireless!
Step 1. Download MyBackup to your supported replacement phone following the steps above.
Step 2. At the end of the account setup process you will be prompted to restore your contacts to your new phone. Click ‘Yes’ to complete the restore. You may also select ‘Backup’ from the main menu to restore your saved contacts to your phone.
If you change phone numbers, call 1-800-Cricket for assistance transferring your contacts.
